Abstract:Based on the 8 knowledge requirements and 12 quality requirements of graduates listed in the Sydney Accord , the profes-
sional quality, knowledge structure, professional specialized ability, professional development ability, method ability, social ability,
innovation and entrepreneurship ability are determined as professional talents. The 7 first-level goals of the training specifications
are then broken down into second-level and third-level goals. The achievement of the upper-level goals is achieved by the next-level
goals, and the achievement of the lowest-level goals is achieved by the curriculum. Based on the goals supported by the curriculum,
it decomposes the degree of support of the lower-level goals to the upper-level goals and the degree of support of the curriculum to
the lowest-level goals, designs the evaluation basis for learning effectiveness, quantifies the achievement of the ability goals, and im-
plements course diagnosis and improvement.
