Abstract:This paper explores on the patient-centric process reengineering, smoothing the process before diagnosis, during diagnosis and after diagnosis. It integrates the online and offline functions; carries out mobile treatment, self-medicine and consultation settlement; strengthens internal management; improves the service efficiency; and promotes the“Internet + health service”, to improve the patient experience.
