摘要中石油加油站站级管理系统在安装部署时，需要对站级管理系统设备的Windows7 操作系统进行复杂而繁琐的环境配置。本文提出了一种Windows7 系统环境通用配置工具,并对该工具的设计和实现过程进行了详细的说明。

Abstract：During the installation and deployment of the gas station management system of CNPC, the environment configuration of Windows7 is complex and cumbersome. This paper presents a common configuration tool for Windows 7, and describes the process of the design and implementation of the tool in detail.
