Abstract：The paper discusses on the strong data processing ability of VBA language in Excel, and uses the VBA language to carry out the secondary application development of ID card reader to settle some difficult problems in the examination management of na- tional education examination, and finally realizes the information inquiry and verification of ID card information of examinees.
